About our products

Where are your products made?

We don't manufacture products ourselves at Best Buy Cyprus - we're a retailer of appliances from a variety of international brands.

While different brands manufacture their products in different countries, all products sold at Best Buy Cyprus are imported by authorized distributers.

Are your products factory seconds or second-hand?

Best Buy Cyprus deals directly with manufacturers, so we will only sell brand new, in the box products with a full Manufacturer's Warranty. We sell NO factory seconds or second-hand products..

The item I want is out of stock! What are my options?

Upon request, we can provide an approximate lead time for when the item will become available in our warehouse again. This varies by manufacturer and could be anything from a few days to several weeks.

This means that you have the option to order the product now and wait for it to arrive, whereupon it will be delivered to you straight away, or wait until the item is back in stock before making a purchase.

However, if you need an appliance urgently, we recommend choosing an alternative model. If an item is out of stock, our website will automatically provide a list of alternative appliances on the product page.

You can always contact our customer support team on 25 95 22 06 for further advice about suitable alternative appliances.

If your item is out of stock and you would like to wait, we'll communicate any changes to the product's estimated time of arrival as soon as these details are passed on to us by the manufacturers.

About our warranties

Do your products come with a full Manufacturer's Warranty?

Yes, all of the products sold by Best Buy Cyprus come with a full Manufacturer's Warranty.

What happens if I want to make a claim under the Manufacturer Warranty?

If a product breaks or experiences any other issue within the manufacturer's warranty period, you can contact us to ask for service or spare parts. All you'll require is a copy of your Best Buy Cyprus invoice that you will have received with your delivery (or had sent in the mail).

We will then arrange a suitable time for their local service agent to come out to assess and hopefully fix the problem. However, most small appliances have no "in-house" service so you may be required to send it to us for repairing.

I've seen one of your products for cheaper elsewhere - do you price match?

Yes we do!

Best Buy Cyprus we will match any advertised price for a brand new, identical, in-stock appliance (including delivery and any other costs).

For example, if another retailer's catalogue lists a new, in-stock washing machine of the same model for 500 Euros plus a 50 Euro delivery fee, we'll sell the same model to you for 550 Euros, so you can enjoy our service.

What prices will you match?

To match a price, the product must be:

  • An identical model to an appliance listed on Best Buy Cyprus
  • Offered brand-new, in its original box
  • Publically advertised within the last 14 days
  • Available to the general public
  • Currently in stock or readily available with an authorised vendor

We will NOT price match:

  • Prices of membership or reward groups, stores or marketplaces
  • Products displayed on auction websites (auction or buy it now prices)
  • Wholesale prices
  • Written or verbal quotations

We match the advertiser's TOTAL price, including all fees and shipping costs.

About ordering and payment

Which payment methods can I use to place my order?

Online, you can pay with Visa, MasterCard Via JCC Secure Checkout American Express is not accepted online through JCC but we accept American Express in store only.

Offline, you can pay at the time of delivery with cash on delivery option.

Is it safe to buy online?

Our online checkout system is secured and encrypted to protect your credit card information from malicious code. Our site is also scanned daily with security software to prevent any outside interference. 

When will my order arrive?

If your delivery is being made on one of our trucks your driver will call on the morning of delivery before 10am with an approximate 2-hour delivery window, and again 1 hour before the delivery takes place.

If your delivery is scheduled for before 11am, your driver will call only once, 1 hour before delivery.

How much is delivery?

We offer free delivery to many areas across Cyprus. There is a charge if you request a product to be installed e.g washing machine which you can choose during check out.

Do I need to do stay home to accept delivery?

To prevent cases of fraud and theft, we require someone with photo ID to accept the delivery of your goods - this can be yourself or your representative.

In the case of ACS Delivery you will require a photo ID before picking up your order.

Do I need to unpack and connect/install the appliance myself?

In many cases, our delivery drivers can unpack your items and also connect them for you. Professional installation services are also available.

If you'd like an appliance unpacked and connected or installed, be sure to select this option on the Shopping Cart page when making your order. .

How much is connection/installation?

It depends on the item and your location, but in many cases  35 Euro Installation fee.

What about the packaging and rubbish? Will I be left with the box?

If you choose to have your appliance connected/installed by our team, we will unpack your appliance for you, cleaning up any mess as we go and taking away the packaging and rubbish.
