1. General Policy:

2. Returns and Exchanges:
- Eligible products can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- To qualify, the product must be in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging, and you must provide the original proof of purchase.
- Please note that certain items may be excluded from this policy (see Section 4).
- Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
- The refund will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed.
- It may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
- The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective:
- Digital downloads (e.g., software, games, media content)
- Gift cards and prepaid cards
- Consumable items once opened (e.g., ink cartridges, batteries)
- Personal hygiene products once opened (e.g., headphones, earphones)
- Special order items or customized products unless defective
- Additionally, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for products damaged by the customer, including physical damage, misuse, water damage, or human error.
5. Defective and Damaged Products:
- If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 48 hours.
- We will arrange for the return or replacement of the defective or damaged product at no additional cost.
- If the product is no longer available, we will offer a refund or exchange for an equivalent item.
6. Manufacturer Warranty:
- Products covered by a manufacturer's warranty should be directed to the manufacturer's authorized service center.
- We will assist you in obtaining warranty service by providing necessary contact information and documentation, whenever possible.
