Returns & refund Policy

  1. General Policy:
    • Our commitment is to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate a fair return and refund process.
    • This policy is applicable to purchases made at Best Buy Cyprus stores and online.
  2. Returns and Exchanges:
    • Eligible products can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
    • To qualify, the product must be in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging, and you must provide the original proof of purchase.
    • Please note that certain items may be excluded from this policy (see Section 4).
  3. Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
    • The refund will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed.
    • It may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
  4. Exclusions:
    • The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective:
      • Digital downloads (e.g., software, games, media content)
      • Gift cards and prepaid cards
      • Consumable items once opened (e.g., ink cartridges, batteries)
      • Personal hygiene products once opened (e.g., headphones, earphones)
      • Special order items or customized products unless defective
      • Mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches (non-refundable once opened)
    • Additionally, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for products damaged by the customer, including physical damage, misuse, water damage, or human error.
  5. Defective and Damaged Products:
    • If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 48 hours.
    • We will arrange for the return or replacement of the defective or damaged product at no additional cost.
    • If the product is no longer available, we will offer a refund or exchange for an equivalent item.
  6. Manufacturer Warranty:
    • Products covered by a manufacturer's warranty should be directed to the manufacturer's authorized service center.
    • We will assist you in obtaining warranty service by providing necessary contact information and documentation, whenever possible.
