Do you deliver to the Northern side of Cyprus?

We do not deliver to the North of Cyprus. If you do live in the north and you would like to purchase from our website we deilver to ACS Courier in Nicosia which you can go and pick up you're order from there offices here is a link to all there outlets in Cyprus

Can I come and shop from Best Buy Cyprus In RAF Akrotiri ?

Unfortunately if you do not have a pass to come to RAF Akrotiri you will not be able to come to the base.

How many days for my order to get delivered ?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information to the e-mail address linked to your purchase. Please allow 12 - 24 hours for your tracking info to update after you receive it. Orders normally take 2 -5 business days to arrive after being Ordered.

Do all Best Buy Cyprus products have warranties ?

Best Buy Cyprus warranty is valid for a period of 2 (two) years starting from the original date of purchase. You will need to provide proof of purchase, clearly indicating the date of purchase of the product as a condition for the provision of warranty service.

Do you have easy payment plans ?

JCC, in partnership with local banks, offers the opportunity to cardholders to purchase products/services with their credit cards and repay their issuing banks through equal monthly installments. The cardholders have full possession of the product/service right from the transaction date. On checkout you can choose how many installments you would like to make.

The item I want is out of stock! What are my options?

Upon request, we can provide an approximate lead time for when the item will become available in our warehouse again. This varies by manufacturer and could be anything from a few days to several weeks.
